- We send you a questionnaire and if necessary, follow with a telephone call to ensure we unsure your brand vision.
- Payment in advance is required
- You receive 2 to 3 logo creatives to choose.
- We work with you on the one creative until you are happy.

- We accept payment only through paypal.
- We may accept payment in blocks. For example, 40% payment at start of program, 30% payment before final report and last 30% payment due with final report.
- When purchasing via paypal and should you change your mind, you 24 hours to issue yourself a 100% refund.
- Due to the nature of our service offering and once we start to work on your project (Brand Development, Prival Label, Spa Advisory Services or Customer Acquisition Programs), we can only give you a partial refund.
- Because of our marketing expertise, we put advertising, pr programs and the other tactics under one "P" - Promotion.
- Advertising is not the main element in a marketing plan and online marketing is not a strategy.
