The ever popular spice Ginger began in South Asia. Pure Ginger essential oil usually comes from India, sometimes China and its aroma is sharp, woody with a touch of pepper, perfect for home holiday aroma blends.
When using Ginger essential oil, it can burn the skin and should be used with a carrier oil if application will be for a body massage. It is a strong oil and can easily over power delicate essential oils, so ensure the essential oils you pick will compliment Ginger.
{Health Uses}
Ginger oil can be used with other essential oils such as Cinnamon and Chamomile making it a wondferul blend for a massage or aching muscles. You can also add a few drops to your body lotion and apply directly to sore muscle or help circulation. Add one drop to your tea for Ginger Tea.
